We recommend adjusting your cuff bracelet to the point where you can comfortably put it on and take it off, without risk of it falling off, just once. Our cuff bracelets are designed with the outer curves to bend in slightly to adjust, but are not designed to be bent severely, as this puts strain on the metal and will cause the metal to snap.
Please use caution when adjusting your bracelets to make sure that there is no repeated strain on one part of the cuff. Unfortunately we cannot replace cuffs that are broken due to excessive wear or bending.
