• Can a gift card be sent directly to the recipient?

  Gift cards are sent via email to the purchaser, and can then be forwarded to the recipient as needed. At this time our website doesn't support sending gift cards directly to third parties.

• Can I buy a gift certificate or gift card?

  We sell gift cards in increments of $10, all the way up to $250. Gift cards are delivered electronically via email immediately after purchase. You can print it out yourself, or forward it off to the person you're giving it to.

• Can I see a mockup of what my text will look like?

  Due to the nature of our products being handmade to order, we don’t have the ability to create a proof for every custom text. If you have a genuine concern about a specific letter in a specific font, please contact us and we can discuss proofing options.

• Do you have a warranty?

  We guarantee all of our products for workmanship/manufacturer defects for 30 days. Repairs or replacements in this case will be at our discretion. Repairs needed for wear and tear are not covered by our warranty, and repair charges may be due.

• Do you mark your precious metal pieces?

  .925 silver and 14K stamped hallmarks are standard in the jewelry industry, however, this stamp often ruins the design of many of our pendants and pieces.
